Management levels
Self managed
You are responsible for all management and troubleshooting of your server. We will only solve network level problems and change reverse DNS records. Only choose unmanaged plan if you are experienced Linux user.
Basic management
- Assistance with problems related to the most commonly used software on the sever including Apache web server, MySql and PHP.
Fully managed
- Installation and configuring of most commonly used software on the server including Apache web server, MySql and PHP.
- 24/7 resource and connectivity monitoring. If there are any problems we'll proactively try to fix it.
- Configuring and monitoring backups (10 GB offsite disk space included).
- Security scanning and actions to prevent intrutions.
